Rural & Francophone Community Immigration Pilots

The Rural Community Immigration Pilot (RCIP) and Francophone Community Immigration Pilot (FCIP) are community-based pathways for eligible applicants seeking permanent residence in participating Canadian communities. They are intended to help address local labour needs and support economic development outside Canada's largest urban centres.

We can help you understand how these pathways work, review the relevant eligibility requirements, and prepare for the application process. A qualifying job offer from a designated employer and a community recommendation are important steps in the relevant pathway.

Our Services Include

  • Eligibility assessment for RCIP and FCIP pathways
  • Guidance on community and immigration requirements
  • Support understanding community recommendation steps
  • Application document review and preparation
